Bar Crawl Nation, LLC ("Bar Crawl Nation," "our," "us," or "we") knows your privacy is important to you, and we are committed to providing a safe and secure user experience. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Bar Crawl Nation Terms of Service, and describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it, including for information collected through the use of (1) Bar Crawl Nationonline at BarCrawlNation.com, (2) Bar Crawl Nationonline on mobile devices, and (3) any other services that include a link to and/or copy of this Privacy Policy on the home page of the applicable website or similar location (e.g., a settings page) for any applicable mobile applications (collectively, "Bar Crawl Nation"), which are owned and operated Bar Crawl Nation LLC. It describes how we collect, use, secure, and share information of our users and individuals whose payment details are used to purchase Bar Crawl Nation tickets, services, or products (collectively, "you" or "your"). It also describes how to access, update, and correct your personal data and the choices available to you regarding your personal data.       • Register for a Bar Crawl Nation account (“Account");
      • Request certain features (e.g. newsletters);
      • Fill out a survey or provide us with feedback;
      • Play games or engage in other activities that require your information to function (e.g., portions of Bar Crawl Nation that require an Account to participate);
      • Apply for a job with us;
      • Communicate with us; or

      You are not required to create an Account to gain access to some areas of Bar Crawl Nation. If you sign in to Bar Crawl Nation using your Facebook or other third party credentials, we will use that service to authenticate you. We may also receive other information that you have agreed may be provided by that third party, such as your username, name, e-mail address, photo, location, date of birth, gender, an ID associated with the applicable third party platform, user files like photos and videos, your list of friends, people you follow and/or who follow you, and/or your posts or "likes." We receive this information so that it can be used for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to have this information shared by these third parties, do not use Facebook or another third party to access Bar Crawl Nation. We may also collect other information through other social networks that you make available to us. For a description on how social networking and other third party sites handle and share your information, please refer to their privacy policies and terms of use, which may permit you to modify your privacy settings. We may combine information that we collect from or about you with information about you that we obtain from such social media and other content platforms and information derived from any other subscription, product, or service we provide.
      4. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions: Bar Crawl Nation allows users to Login with Facebook. According to Facebook policy, below are the Data Deletion Instructions. If you want to delete your Facebook connection for Bar Crawl Nation login App, you can remove your information by following these steps:
        • Go to Your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy. Click "Settings".
        • Then, go to "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
        • Find "Bar Crawl Nation".
        • Click the "Remove" button.
        • Congratulations, you have successfully removed your connection.
        • At this step, Bar Crawl Nation can no longer access the non-public information you previously shared with it through these connections, but it may still have non-public information it accessed while the connections were active.
        • To request that the app delete all the information it has from when your connections were active, Go to "View Removed Apps and Websites" link on the bottom of the "Apps and Website" page in Facebook settings described above.
        • Find "Bar Crawl Nation" and click "View".
        • Click "Send Request" to initiate a request for deletion of data.
        • After successfully sending your request, you may click the "View Status" link on that page to be taken to a status page on Bar Crawl Nation's website showing when your data has been deleted.

  2. How We Use Your Information at Bar Crawl Nation: We use the categories of information identified above to operate and provide you with Bar Crawl Nation and other services. This includes, but is not limited to the following business and commercial purposes:
