Before arrival, download the Bar Crawl Nation app and link your ticket to unlock the features.
On the day of the event, start at the "kick off party" happening at the location in the app (Starting Venue). We'll have staff to scan your ticket for entry and give you an event wristband. Get ready for a red carpet entrance, professional photography, live DJ, on-theme drinks (and food), and a lively party atmosphere with hundreds of attendees.
Make sure you stop by the prize table at the starting venue where you'll get your first opportunity to win prizes with the Bar Crawl Nation app. Staff will be available to walk you through the process.
Once you've had your fill at the kick off party, try to make it to every other participating venue. Each spot is a new & fun experience, with unique atmosphere, music, party vibes, and giveaways .
Every spot you visit is an opportunity to win prizes. Use the Bar Crawl Nation app to scan a QR code posted by the front door of each venue. This will pop up a digital prize wheel. Spin the wheel on your phone and see if you win! Any items won must be redeemed at the venue were you earned them. There are lots of prizes available, from free sips and bites, to swag and other giveaways. Just keep in mind, when the event ends, the reward won will expire.
"Complete the crawl" by making it to every venue before the end of the event (and "checking in" by scanning their QR code with the app) and you'll receive a final reward: $5 to $50 towards a future purchase of event tickets or shop items on our website. Everyone's a winner!
