Unfortunately, all sales are final, but we have a flexible cancellation policy.
You can cancel an individual ticket or a whole purchase from your personal dashboard on our website. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Log into your account and click "View, Send or Modify Tickets" next to purchase
2. Choose ticket to "Cancel for credit" OR "Cancel All Tickets for Credit" to cancel the order
3. Click to confirm
A promo code equal to the base cost of ticket (or purchase) will be presented on the next screen. It will also be emailed to you. This code is good for a year.
This process will void any cancelled tickets and cannot be reversed.
Please note that if you contact us about a refund, our customer service staff will be unable unable to make exceptions to the cancellation policy or provide information beyond what's listed above.
